Servtech was established in 2010 to provide technical assistance to, CIDB registered, local emerging contractors participating in the civil and construction industry.
G.Fagan, who founded Servtech, is a qualified Civil Engineer and has worked in the private, non-governmental and development sectors since 1995. He remains the most senior estimator, supported by a core team of costing technicians.
Our services are provided via desktop assistance, in softcopy format so are available to Contractors nationwide .
We assist all emerging contractors , ranging from CIDB Grade 1 to 8 in GB and CE classifications.
In South Africa , private and government sectors projects require emerging contractors to meet strict tendering/procurement criteria and effective project/financial management in the delivery of its projects.
Emerging contractors who require assistance to meet such criteria, can increase their technical capacity, by out-sourcing this task , to us at Servtech.
We offer our services at very competitive rates.
All desktop work is time based and an hourly rate applied. Consumables and disbursements are charged at cost.
